Back in the day, it was cool to smoke. Everywhere you went people were smoking. Hospitals even had smoking sections. It wouldn't be strange to see your favorite actor or actress puffing away during an interview promoting their newest film.
Now, seeing a celebrity smoking is about as rare as seeing a unicorn tap dancing with a leprechaun. Smoking is frowned upon and to keep up their ultra sexy appearances celebrity smokers have to sneak off when no one is looking to steal a smoke. But the paparazzi is everywhere, and they catch even this rare breed no matter where they hide.
